Booking Details
Rigan Roots & Routes follows booking policies that explain how a journey is reserved, confirmed, changed, or cancelled. These terms help both you and our team understand the booking process, payment schedule, required documents, and responsibilities before the trip.
By confirming a trekking trip with Rigan Roots & Routes, you agree to the applicable booking terms. Booking policies may be updated when operational, legal, permit, supplier, or safety requirements change.
- All trekking trips require an advance reservation.
- We recommend booking at least 30 days before your preferred trekking date, especially for restricted-area or permit-dependent journeys.
- After the booking application is completed and your itinerary is confirmed, a 25% first instalment is required to begin securing the trip. A payment receipt or invoice will be provided.
- For trips requiring permits or other legal travel documents, we may request a clear passport copy and two passport-size photographs. Documents can be sent to riganrootsroutes@gmail.com.
- Unless otherwise stated in your confirmed quotation, the remaining balance is due in Nepal on your arrival in Kathmandu before the trip begins.
- Cancellation, refund, date-change, and modification conditions can vary depending on permits, flights, hotels, guides, transport, local suppliers, and the specific journey. The applicable terms will be provided with your booking confirmation.
